There's been lot's of Snook in the passes and on the beaches from Naples to Boca Grande. Top water plugs early morning and small white 1/4 buck tails or live pilchards for best results. Reds seem to be scattered all over from inside islands, grass flats to way in the back country. Skipping 1/4 oz jig head with 3" Hybrid Flurry along mangrove islands allows you to cover lots of ground for locating fish. On the Reefs Snapper bite has been very good the past few weeks, with lots of people limiting out. Live Shrimp or small pinfish pined to the bottom work great! The reefs are covered with Goliath Grouper right now, so if you want to battle a bruiser now is the time.
Drop down 3-4 pound Jack or Bonita and hold on!
